Technically, no. If you'd prefer I stay hands-off, I can do that. Of course, it means that I won't be able to get into the "weeds" of your program. If you do grant me access, however, I will evaluate your automated processes + systems + ease of use for members + community engagement + onboarding + a whole lot more than I can accomplish without access.

When we schedule our chat, you'll want to have a computer available for screen sharing, paper to take notes on, and something to write with. Regardless, I will produce a thorough written evaluation and plan for action that you'll be able to reference whenever needed.
