Test it: Write the promise in one sentence. Ask a stranger if it’s clear and specific. If it isn’t, your audience won’t get it either.

Think Batman, not Robin.

This might be:

  • A checklist that removes confusion

  • A diagnostic tool to reveal the real problem

    Test it: Log in as a fake user. Can you find this resource in under 30 seconds? If not, it’s buried treasure no one will dig up.

3. Stack Quick Wins

Now sprinkle in 2–3 snackable wins, like templates, swipe files, or a 5-minute video.

These are the potato chips of your program: light, easy, addictive.

ACTION: Check your vault. Do you have at least 2 “snacks” that someone could use today? Those are your membership essentials. They are critical for how to setup a membership program.

4. Plan a Drip, not a Flood

Dumping 50 lessons on Day 1 is like fire hosing your members and wondering why they choke.
